Breakfast @ Mc Donald
This story was shared to me by my friend and I wan't to this on blog because I want also that some of my can read and think about it.
A
Return is Requested....You'll see
why.
Breakfast
at McDonald's
This
is a good story and is true, please read it all
the way through until the end! (After the story,
there are some very interesting
facts!):
I
am a mother of three (ages 14, 12, 3) and have
recently completed my college
degree.
The
last class I had to take was
Sociology.
The
teacher was absolutely inspiring with the
qualities that I wish every human being had been
graced with.
Her
last project of the term was called,
'Smile.'
The
class was asked to go out and smile at three
people and document their
reactions.
I
am a very friendly person and always smile at
everyone and say hello anyway. So, I thought
this would be a piece of
cake,
literally.
Soon
after we were assigned the project, my husband,
youngest son, and I went out to McDonald's one
crisp March morning.
It
was just our way of sharing special playtime
with our son.
We
were standing in line, waiting to be served,
when all of a sudden everyone around us began to
back away, and then
even
my husband did.
I
did not move an inch... an overwhelming feeling
of panic welled up inside of me as I turned to
see why they had moved.
As
I turned around I smelled a horrible 'dirty
body' smell, and there standing behind me were
two poor homeless men.
As
I looked down at the short gentleman, close to
me, he was 'smiling'
His
beautiful sky blue eyes were full of God's Light
as he searched for
acceptance.
He
said, 'Good day' as he counted the few coins he
had been clutching.
The
second man fumbled with his hands as he stood
behind his friend. I realized the second man was
mentally challenged and the blue-eyed gentleman
was his salvation.
I
held my tears as I stood there with
them.
The
young lady at the counter asked him what they
wanted.
He
said, 'Coffee is all Miss' because that was all
they could afford. (If they wanted to sit in the
restaurant and warm up, they had to buy
something. He just wanted to be
warm).
Then
I really felt it - the compulsion was so great I
almost reached out and embraced the little man
with the blue eyes.
That
is when I noticed all eyes in the
restaurant were set on me,
judging
my
every action.
I
smiled and asked the young lady behind the
counter to give me two more breakfast meals on a
separate tray.
I
then walked around the corner to the table that
the men had chosen as a resting spot. I put the
tray on the table and laid my hand on the
blue-eyed gentleman's cold
hand.
He
looked up at me, with tears in his eyes, and
said, 'Thank you.'
I
leaned over, began to pat his hand and said, 'I
did not do this for you. God is here working
through me to give you hope.'
I
started to cry as I walked away to join my
husband and son. When I sat down my husband
smiled at me and said, 'That is why God gave you
to me, Honey, to give me
hope..'
We
held hands for a moment and at that time, we
knew that only because of the Grace that we had
been given were we able to give.
We
are not church goers, but we are
believers.
That
day showed me the pure Light of God's sweet
love.
I
returned to college, on the last evening of
class, with this story in
hand.
I
turned in 'my project' and the instructor read
it.
Then
she looked up at me and said, 'Can I share
this?'
I
slowly nodded as she got the attention of the
class.
She
began to read and that is when I knew that we as
human beings and being part of God share this
need to heal people and to be
healed.
In
my own way I had touched the people at
McDonald's, my son,the instructor, and every
soul that shared the classroom on the last night
I spent as a college student.
I
graduated with one of the biggest lessons I
would ever learn:
UNCONDITIONAL
ACCEPTANCE.
Much
love and compassion is sent to each and every
person who may read this and learn how to
LOVE
PEOPLE AND USE THINGS -
NOT LOVE THINGS
AND USE PEOPLE.
There
is an Angel sent to watch over
you.
In
order for her to work, you must pass this on to
the people you want watched
over.
An
Angel wrote:
Many
people will walk in and out of your life, but
only true friends will leave footprints in your
heart
To
handle yourself, use your
head..
To
handle others, use your
heart.
God
Gives every bird it's food, but He does not
throw it into its nest.
Send
it back, you'll see why !

Glass of Milk
One day, a poor boy who was selling goods from door to door to pay his way through school, found he had only one thin dime left, and he was hungry.
He decided he would ask for a meal at the next house. However, he lost his nerve when a lovely young woman opened the door. Instead of a meal he asked for a drink of water! She thought he looked hungry so brought him a large glass of milk. He drank it so slowly, and then asked, How much do I owe you?'
You don't owe me anything,' she replied. 'Mother has taught us never to accept pay for a kindness.' He said 'Then I thank you from my heart.'
As Howard Kelly left that house, he not only felt stronger physically, but his faith in God and man was strong also. He had been ready to give up and quit.
Many years later that same young woman became critically ill. The local doctors were baffled. They finally sent her to the big city, where they called in specialists to study her rare disease.
Dr. Howard Kelly was called in for the consultation. When he heard the name of the town she came from, a strange light filled his eyes. Immediately he rose and went down the hall of the hospital to her room. Dressed in his doctor's gown he went in to see her. He recognized her at once.
He went back to the consultation room determined to do his best to save her life. From that day he gave special attention to her case. After a long struggle, the battle was won.
Dr. Kelly requested the business office to pass the final bill to him for approval. He looked at it then wrote something on the edge, and the bill was sent to her room. She feared to open it, for she was sure it would take the rest of her life to pay for it all.
Finally she looked and something caught her attention on the side of the bill. She read these words .. 'Paid in full with one glass of milk' (Signed) Dr. Howard Kelly.
Tears of joy flooded her eyes as her happy heart prayed: 'Thank You, God, that your love has spread broad through human hearts and hands.'
There's a saying which goes something like this: Bread cast on the water comes back to you. The good deed you do today may benefit you or someone you love at the least expected time. If you never see the deed again at least you will have made the world a better place - And, after all, isn't that what life is all about?
Now you have two choices:
1. You can send this page on and spread a positive message.
2. Or ignore it and pretend it never touched your heart.
The hardest thing to learn in life is which bridge to cross and which to burn.

modern invention: Cell Phones
A few days ago, a person was recharging his mobile phone at home.
Just at that time a call came in and he answered it with the
Instrument still connected to the outlet.
After a few seconds electricity flowed into the cell phone unrestrained
and the young man was thrown to the ground with a heavy thud.
His parents rushed to the room only to find him unconscious, with
a weak heartbeat and burnt fingers.
He was rushed to the nearby hospital, but was pronounced dead on arrival.
Cell phones are a very useful modern invention.
However, we must be aware that it can also be an instrument of death.
Never use the cell phone while it is hooked to the electrical outlet!
A Story to live by
There was a blind girl who hated herself because she was
blind. She hated
everyone, except her loving boyfriend. He was always there
for her. She told
her boyfriend, 'If I could only see the world, I will marry you.'
One day,
someone donated a pair of eyes to her. When the bandages
came off, she was able to see everything, including her
boyfriend.
He asked her, 'Now that you can see the world, will you
marry me?' The
girl looked at her boyfriend and saw that he was blind. The
sight of his closed eyelids shocked her. She hadn't
expected
that. The thought of looking at them the rest of her life
led her to refuse to marry him.
Her boyfriend left in tears and days later wrote a note to
her
saying: 'Take good care of your eyes, my dear, for
before
they were yours, they were mine.'
This is how the human brain often works when our status
changes*.
Only a very few remember what life was like before, and who
was always by their side in the most painful situations.
Life Is a
Gift*
Today
before you say an unkind word - Think of someone who
can't speak.
Before
you complain about the taste of your food - Think of
someone
who has nothing to eat.
Before
you complain about your husband or wife - Think of someone
who's crying out to GOD for a companion.
Today
before you complain about life - Think of someone who died
too early on this earth.
Before
you complain about your children - Think of someone who
desires children but they're barren...
Before
you argue about your dirty house someone didn't clean
or
sweep - Think of the people who are living in the streets.
Before
whining about the distance you drive Think of someone who
walks the same distance with their feet.
And when
you are tired and complain about your job - Think of the
unemployed, the disabled, and those who wish they had your
job...
But
before you think of pointing the finger or condemning
another -* **Remember that not one of us is without sin*.
And when
depressing thoughts seem to get you down - Put a smile on
your face and think: you're alive and still
around.
Too beautiful not to share........

The Lesson I learned
This pass few days I was really disappointed because I was not able to write my blog, not able to use my computer because of the virus found in the system that destroy my program on it. From that situations happen I come to realized that even how small a virus or a thing is when works will give a big impact to the situation and even hinder us to make great things in our life everyday activity. I learned a lesson then to do not ignore small things because this will make big thing in the days to come, why I say this because during the time that I notice the virus in my computer I just ignore thinking that it is just a small virus but then I was affected later. So from now on I learned the lesson.

Good Health Habits can improve everyone's health
As I look around in the place where I live I can see different establishments promoting natural way of acquiring good health. There is a wealth of information on natural health and healing on different site in the website, and even in various books out there. But sometimes we do not have the time or simply we do not have the interest of reading them, hope my short blog would be perfect for you.
I will share some list of basic good health habits which I read in book that I embraced and carried out, that I sure would have a positive impact on anyone's health. With this list, you will be able to formulate a good health plan for yourself and for your family. Most of these good health tips are virtually free, while others replace the habits and things which you may currently be doing or using.
Drink at least eight glass of water everyday.
These good health habits are important especially in this time of summer
. Our bodies are over 80% water! Water carries out many functions in the body – it
lubricates, carries nutrients, flushes toxins, cools, etc. Many diseases have been linked o lack of water. Freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices as well as herbal teas are good.
Eat a variety of whole and natural foods.
Whole foods contain more nutrients and fiber than processed foods. The nutrients in whole foods are also better assimilated by the body. By eating a variety of whole foods, we would thus be getting all the different nutrients which we need; try to have a colorful diet - i.e. fruits, vegetables, beans, etc of different colors. Processed foods, on the other hand, are unnatural and often contain a load of chemical additives and preservatives.
Eat organic
commercially farmed vegetables and fruits are often genetically modified or sprayed with chemical pesticides. We are ingesting all these harmful toxins every day, at every meal and the buildup causes disease in the long run. Eating organic reduces our intake of these poisons. Organic produce also contains more nutrients, which are natural and thus better assimilated by our bodies.
Eat more raw foods
Raw fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds contain more nutrients, enzymes and photochemical than cooked foods. Cooked foods are often lacking in nutrients and difficult for our bodies to digest. In fact, there has been research which states that, after consuming a cooked meal, our bodies' immune system goes into overdrive to try and combat the large amount of toxins being produce. The more raw you can eat, the better.
Good health habits: Lifestyle
Besides food-related ones, there are many other living-related good health habits which
be picked up.
Rest Have at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep every night. Try to go to bed by 10pm, as the best period for the body to repair and heal itself is between 10pm and 2am. Try to sleep in total darkness, or in as little light as possible. This is an important, but often ignored, good health habit.
Exercise regularly
Humans were made to move.
Sweat
Sweating is a major channel for our bodies to detoxify.
This are only some but I’m sure this will help.

The Challenge I Have
Everyday as I help my kids for school, help with their school home works, I come to realized that they are already grown up. They will share to me their experience at school that makes me think of my responsibilities to them that I really need to work hard for them. To be a mother is really a fulfillment of my womanhood and at the same time it is a great change that I have to take while I’m still on this wonderful world. I just hope that I do this challenge with the help of Heavenly Father and my savior Jesus Christ.

My Dear Father Leave Me
It was Friday evening when I received a call from my sister informing me that my father had an accident that brought him to the hospital, about thirty minutes after that call I received another again informing that my father pass away because of that accident. I cried because I never thought that he will die that way, yes it was painful in his lost but I know that our life in this earth is all just temporary, it is our stepping stone that we can go back to our Heavenly Fathers presence someday. I love my father I will always remember all the things that he thought us. I will always cherish the love he had for us his children, I know that I can still see him after this life that I have now.

The song I Always Remember
I want to share this song to my kids. I learned this song from my mother when I was five years old. This is just a short song but has great meaning to me.
The song goes like this:
"Our home is a sweet home where hearts are all abiding
Where father’s care and mother’s smile a beaming
A home is a sweet home where works we are sharing
Like bees we are happy and gay.
After work is over, we say our fervent prayers
The song goes like this:
"Our home is a sweet home where hearts are all abiding
Where father’s care and mother’s smile a beaming
A home is a sweet home where works we are sharing
Like bees we are happy and gay.
After work is over, we say our fervent prayers
To give as freedom from want and fear
To forever be a happy family
And a better home sweet home."
My Way of Saying.........
The Importance of Frienship
Friendship is a wonderful thing that we can treasure and is very much important for personal growth and success. It can be found on. Friendship itself is sometimes sparked by what we call "vibes," or a strange and electric power of attraction. This is what gives it such a terrific and seemingly magical power to tie people together so closely, many times our first impressions can often be mistaken. We have all made mistakes before in the friends we have chosen. Often, we do not mind, forget, or believe that we had anything to do with the choices, but we shouldn't. It's these lessons that remind us that we are human and make mistakes, as-well-as the fact that not everyone we meet will enter into a relationship in any form, for the same reasons that we do. It's not right or wrong - good or bad. It's just life.
There is really no way to be perfect in certain that everyone, or anyone, you choose as a friend will turn out to be a good friend. But, a terrific place to meet new people, especially those with many of the same interests, and often with the same focus and desire for purpose, power, and interdependence in their acquaintance. Many lifelong friendships have begun from simple acquaintance. Here are some tips on how to choose friends that might be right for you.
1) Look for people who share the same basic values that you do. Believe; teach certain values and principles as you do. Honesty, respect, individuality - these are all good qualities that a lot of people share. Having friends with these qualities will make it a lot easier for you to feel relaxed and at ease when you are with them. You want to develop friendships that will be fun, rewarding and beneficial to all involved. One person should never carry the burden of trying to make a relationship worth.
2) Look for people who respect your decisions. Your friends will have different choices than you do. They should respect your agency of choice, just as you should respect theirs. Sometimes you may feel that a friend is not making a positive choice. Talk these issues with your friend. Nothing is more important to friendship than communication and honesty.
3) Look for people who are real friend. You know what that means: people who are willing to stick by you through thick and thin, who will be there with you when you need them, and will show you the understanding that you in turn give back. A friend you know you can depend and rely on is one you will probably have for life.
There will be times when you feel that a friend of yours is consistently making bad choices, or is not treating you with respect. A real friend takes pride in understanding: try to see where your friend is coming from, and try to resolve any differences you might have. Don't be afraid to talk to. They have the benefit of experience, and are always looking out for your best interests. There are very few things as precious as having good and real friends, and you should not let them go easily. Hold onto your friendships; let them know you value them and do your best to solve problems as quickly as they arise. Trust your instincts and follow your heart and desire.

The importance of education may be different than you were taught
"We shall not grow wiser before we learn that much that we have done was very foolish."
I’ve grown up from a poor family but my parent helps me understand the importance of education. My parent sends us to school in spites of the little income that my family has. Good for us because my brothers and sisters were a little bit bless because we are honors students that help us get discount in our tuition fees at school. Most people think that purpose of education, as marketed by the education industry, is career advancement, higher pay, and empowering a college graduate's job search. This presents the current personal importance of education as determined by a few studies performed back when bureaucratic machines were still humming. We will discuss the social importance of education .Educational importance was tied to:
1) Learning,
2) Preparation for wise leadership and personal achievement,
3) Opening your mind to new views and ideas.
4) Preparation for becoming a good parent.
5) Preparation for lighter and clear future as individuals.
By understanding these things will give us more courage in reaching our goals and ambitions in life.

Karaoke. Singing my favorite songs with a bunch of friends is not only fun, but develop some of my talent that maybe I don’t recognize , sometimes require my creativity a good portion of time, creative outlets within the performing arena has a lot more stress release attached to it.
Dancing. (not talking about dancing at a club). I'm literally talking about being home, with a great song and family members on our sound system and dancing in my living room.
Taking a Bath . I don't get to do this often, but when I do, I come out feeling of freshness and relief like I just had a massage and that my stress has melted away.
A Good Time with Friends and Family. There is nothing like spending time and laughing with good friends and family after a long week. For it was said laughter is the best medicine, especially, helps release tons of stress!
Exercise. You knew this was coming. Exercise is by far one of the best stress releases. Running after a hard week seems to help me forget about all of my worries. Try and enjoy......

My favorite poem: HOPE
Why Life is so Hard
Wherever I go I always hear many people asking this question, “why life is so hard” this question has come to my realization that I am not alone asking this question. But good for me because I have the gospel of my savior Jesus in my life and I have my family with me in times of hardship. I know that trial and affliction is only for a small moment. Behind the trials there is blessing predicated on it. Now I understand already why life is hard sometimes because my Lord wants to remind that He is there and he loves me always.

Things We Get In A Coconut Tree
Everywhere I go in my country I can see lots of coconut tree , I grow up that my family source of income is from our coconut tree. I love to eat the fruit of this coconut tree , Now I want to share and let you know the products and uses of this tree but these are only some :
Cocofibre is a 100% organic material extracted from the coconut. Most people know the cocofibfefrom the door mats but it is also used for example as a padding in cushions and mattrasses. Also in the plant growing industry it is used for several organic filters. Since cocofibre is all natural, it is non-toxic and free from the hazards posed by synthetic or asbestos-based counterparts.
Cocopeat is made from cocnout and a 100% organic material. It is frequently used in hydroponics and seed sowing mixes. The advantages of cocopeat are that it is lightweight, relatively inert and comes from a sustainable source. The quality of cocopeat is very important if used for plant growth. Due to poor processing cocopeat can contain salt water residues that will affect the plant growth in a negative way.
Cocochips husk divided into small pieces. This is called cocochips. The cocochips are widely used in the agriculture and mixed with different soils to create a healthy environment. Cocochips are able to absorb and hold water for a longer period of time. Since cocohusk is a salty product the husk is wahsed in plain water before it will be processed into cocochips.
All of this product are useful in farming and making furnitures. And some products that we can get from this tree are vinegar, cocomilk, broom and many more.
How to Overcome Depression
There are times in my life that I feel so depress and I don’t know how to handle them. Especially when I was not able to accomplish the things that I want to accomplish, I said to myself that I am worthless. Good for me that I have my family who is always there for me to lift me up and let me understands that life is always ups and downs. This stage of my life help me understands things like .You should know the different types of depression. Manic depression and or Bipolar Illness, is dramatic and extreme mood swings and can be reckless at times.Severe depression is one that interferes with the ability or sleeps, eat, work, and get along with others or enjoy simple things. You can be at risk for suicide. If you are mildly depressed, you have dissatisfaction for your daily life, and feel sad. You can overcome depression by exercising regularly, eating right, try to get enough sleep each night. You should also surround yourself with good and loving people. Laugh a lot with good friends and try to relax. Psychotherapy/and counseling may help and medication. Try to focus on what is making you so unhappy and try to change the environment, even if it is your job, or marriage, or whatever the problem. You can have counseling for your marriage or children. Your family is usually not qualified to really help you, they might say you will get over what ever it that is bothering. They mean well, but the help they give is usually not suitable. Seek counsel to you church leader. Try to join other groups and do things that will bring about a change in your life. Sometimes going to church will help, because you are around a lot of positive people. You have to look for a change and know that you can be happy. Some people move to another city, or part of the country with a better climate. That may help. You have to make sure that you do not bring the same problems with you. Whether is it a job, or some other situation? Unlearning how to live differently is a challenge.

You Are My Friend
Standing by your side all the way.
Here to help you through when you needed me.
Holding you and pushing you up, when you are weak,
Helping you reach what you want to reach.
Helping you reach what you want to reach.
Helping you find what it is you seek.
Catching your tears when you cry.
Pulling you through when the tide is high.
Just being there to comfort you,
When you’re down and when you’re sad make you laugh.
Through thick and thin stay in your side,
All just to say, you are my friend.
Business Forum
Last Tuesday and Wednesday I was invited by my friend to attend to a forum about “How to become successful on business “and during the discussion I have learned many things about it. I learned that attitude is one of the most important things to towards success. But first we must ambitious enough to reach our goals in business, work hard, patient enough in handling different people , must have positive attitude on things happening, also must be knowledge enough to the chosen business. I really enjoy during the forum I’m hoping that as I continue to move forward in my chosen business I can apply the things I’ve learned and become one of a successful business woman someday.

Memorable Valentine's Day
Many individual says that Valentine’s is just around the corner, this means if you want to have a meaningful and memorable celebration of valentine’s day, then you should make sure of planning it right now. Preparation is a perfect key to a great Valentine’s Day that you can give to the one whom you want to celebrate. In spite the not-so-favorable economic situation we're all facing right now, people still look forward to a meaningful and memorable Valentine's Day. It is definitely possible to give an inexpensive and yet still extraordinary Valentine's Day gift, one just needs to be creative and true. For sure that would make sense to the concern.
Gratitude
“He who receiveth all things with thankfulness shall be made glorious.” Gratitude is an uplifting, exalting and rewarding attitude. Many people say that they can be probably say from experience that you are happier when you have gratitude in your heart for all the blessing that you received. You cannot be bitter, resentful, or mean-spirited when you are thankful and grateful. I am grateful for all your tremendous blessing and opportunities I have, for my family, friends, love ones most of it I’m grateful for the trials in my life that I overcomes it helps me become a better person.
Many Celebrate Valentines Day
Every February I notice that most people across the country are busy making ,buying candy, flowers, and gifts are exchanged between loved ones, all because it's the season of Valentines day. Why do we celebrate this holiday? Many people say that because that's what they known its a tradition of expressing their love. But we do know that February has long been a month of romance. And for me valentines is love and friendship, you can't have love without friendship....you can't have friendship without love.... so either way.... it depends on how you, as an individual look at it, love.....is without any boundaries.... it is deeper than the ocean's abyss....and brighter than the breaking dawn and bigger than the universe

Developing Our Talent
Even whatever race we belong and country we comes from, I believe that we all have talents and abilities given to us by our creator. When we were born we already brought this talents and abilities with us. Each of us has given at least one special talent. Some of us are very good leaders, some can sing very well or play instruments very well. Others maybe very good in sports or very good in cooking can even make their love ones more in love with them. Others are very good in teaching. But it is up to us to accept this given talent and develop and uses it as our means of living or use them in helping others in a way that we want to. Some of us may say that they don't have this ability but I want you to know that we do have, only we need to spent time in developing and discovering on what we can do with it. As we do this we can also learned self controlled and even avoid to do things that is harmful to us , such drug abuse, smoking, and etc. By doing this we may in good health and happy person.
Opportunities in Crisis
This last few months ago I've learned from television and radio news and even read in the newspaper that all over the world today lots of companies closing their business and also several companies resorting to job cuts to cope with the economic slowdown. Lots of individuals decide to venture into different kind of business to help displaced workers find work somewhere else. There are always opportunities. It is just a matter of finding them and the attitude of willingness to work no matter what kind of jobs they may get. There is a saying that goes like this " If there is rain , there is sunshine after the rain " and I believe on this, meaning that in spite of the economic crisis that we have now presently there are still lots of opportunities and the best thing that a person could do is to develop more skills and abilities to the jobs that he want to work to . I encourage to those individuals who want to develop more skills to ask from their respective local leader in their area to help them find agencies in their area who are involve in giving training in developing special skills. And this is one great opportunities that an individual can have this time of crisis develop more skills and abilities that are very useful in this time of crisis.

Health is my Wealth
During my childhood years when somebody ask me this question "what you want to be when you grow up ? I always answer then that I want to be a nurse or a midwife or someone who working in the field of promoting good health, because I believe that good health is the key to success to the thing that a person want in this life. A person who is in good health can always do or make the things that he wants to achieve or accomplish that would make him or her happy and complete while he is this life. My dream to be a midwife was my accomplishment, I was able to help mothers during their pregnancy , during their deliveries , and share them more knowledge about the importance of good health as mother while they are nurturing their kids, because I believe that kids are gifts from our Almighty God meaning we have to love them and care them the best of our ability in order to make them the best person that they can be while they are in this life. And good health is our key to make this things possible. I know that our body is only one and our precious gift from our creator I could not imagine destroying his gifts that I know He will not be happy if I destroy my body which is His gift to me , just like my kids destroy the gifts that I give them during their birthdays. That's why I say that health is my wealth because even a person has lots of money , lots of properties and positions acquired but then he is sick, I'm sure nobody is happy .
